Enchanté brings new twist to the Festive Season

Having had a very confident start to 2019, and in particular with their popular Easter ranges, Enchante now turn their focus to Halloween and Christmas. “Preparation and planning for new winter trends begin almost a year in advance”, says Enchante’s Glynn Miskimmin. “Just like our retailers, we are always looking for something new and exciting and so we also take our customers views and opinions onboard.

“While we are still predominately traditional for Christmas, we recognise that reds, golds, silvers and greens can be complemented by softer tones. So, to give the festive season something a little different, we have added pastel blues, blush pinks and champagne sparkle to our collections. We’ve had a tremendous response in the UK and mainland Europe already and we trust that right here in Ireland, our loyal customers appreciate that we have come up with something fresh and a little different.

“We are also really aware that Harvest and Halloween, both more associated with the USA, have become increasingly popular in Ireland. The decorating of homes — and in particular door wreaths — have really taken off so we have provided our customers with collections for those occasions.
“Another trend we’ve responded to is customers’ preference for bigger, more vibrant pieces, both for window and in-store displays. We are often told ‘A great window display is our window of opportunity, it invites our customers to come and have a look and see what we have inside.’ We are in total agreement with that.
“So, with this in mind (and as always) we are looking forward to meeting with our existing customers, and potential new ones, at Autumn Gift & Home in Citywest. With lots of great Irish companies there, it certainly is worth the visit.
