The Farrow Collection’s candles and wax melts are hand-made, hand-poured in Cork, and all made with love.

The Farrow Collection is a family business, run by a husband and wife team. Their principles of business are strongly influenced by personal core values and they strive to keep enjoying the process, nurturing authenticity and selling home-made artifacts that are made with love and that they would be pleased to own themselves

The candles and wax melts are hand-made and hand-poured in Cork using natural wax and a rapeseed blend.

This blend has excellent sustainability credentials as it is made from European rapeseed, and coconut that originated from smallholding farmers in the Philippines who are being supported and trained in sustainable farming techniques. The candles require no additives apart from the luxurious high-quality fragrances. They are all animal cruelty-free in addition to being paraffin, soy and paraben free.

 

Farrow, a play with words between feathers and arrows, represents an approach to life in keeping things light-hearted while delivering accurately on their mission. A huge part of the motivation in running this venture is the creation of products from conception to manufacturing to delivery. We are very conscious of the materials and packaging we use to make and sell our products. We also make sure our raw materials are sourced from well-established suppliers who are much attuned to working sustainably. This is a key component in our business philosophy and we intend to develop this further by creating features in our products that allow our customers to re-purpose them.
